Our team consists of five physical therapists. All five therapists are trained in manual therapy, pelvic rehabilitation for women and men, prenatal and post-partum care, and orthopedic rehabilitation. They continue to further their education by participating in seminars throughout the year.

Nazneen has been practicing Physical Therapy in New York City since July 2005. In 2002, she received her Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree from the College of Allied Health Sciences in Manipal, India. She then received her Post-Professional MHS PT degree with a concentration in Neurology from the Krannert School of Physical Therapy, Indianapolis (2005).
In NYC, she has worked in an outpatient rehabilitation clinic where she treated orthopedic injuries, sports injuries, post surgical rehabilitation, and neurological conditions. Since 2006, Nazneen has specialized in Physical Therapy for the Pelvic Floor. She received extensive training and experience in this field of Physical Therapy. She works with both men and women, including the treatment of pudendal neuralgia, urinary incontinence, pain with sex, pelvic pain, vulvodynia, vaginusmus, pudendal neuralgia, prolapse, and prostatitis. She also stresses the importance of Prenatal and Post-Partum care of women. Her current treatment approach is primarily manual therapy and includes myofascial release, connective tissue manipulation, neuromuscular re-education, and biofeedback. Nazneen is also trained in the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy. She is committed to enhancing her clinical knowledge and manual skills and achieves this by attending seminars and classes on a regular basis.

Roseanne Cruz Schoen received her doctoral (DPT) degree from New York University in 2003. She has successfully treated patients with pelvic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, and lymphedema since the past 10 years. She is a certified pelvic rehabilitation practitioner (PRPC) through the Herman and Wallace Institute.
Prior to working in pelvic rehabilitation, Roseanne treated patients diagnosed with various neurological and orthopedic issues such as traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, strokes, total joint replacements, and low back pain.
She received her Lymphedema Certification through the Upledger Institute in 2009. Lymph Drainage Therapy addresses swelling in the upper and lower extremities, the trunk and the pelvic region in men, women, and children.

Irene earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Universidad Europea de Madrid, Spain, and a Masters in Physical Therapy in Urogynecology from Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha in Spain. Additionally, she has received advanced training in manual therapy, pilates for rehabilitation in the Stott Pilates method, low pressure fitness, somatic education with the school of Body Mind Centering, and is a certified Iyengar yoga teacher and long-time yoga practitioner. Irene enjoys bringing elements of her background in Yoga and body-mind awareness into the therapeutic process to help patients improve body awareness, and understand how different factors such as activity, posture, emotions, etc may cause or aggravate symptoms, and how to introduce therapeutic changes in daily life.

Keely Faridi graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland with a Bachelors of Science in Physiotherapy in 2007. She has experience working in several settings including a neurological specialty hospital, an inpatient hospital and inpatient rehabilitation. Since 2013 Keely has worked in outpatients specializing in pelvic rehabilitation, orthopedics, neurology and pediatrics.
Since 2011, Keely has trained extensively with the Institute of Physical Art and Herman and Wallace. She continues to refine her skills participating in educational seminars and training throughout the year. Keely also runs a monthly pelvic health seminar with old colleagues to keep up to date on recent research and topics. She helped to develop a pelvic health program in a private practice prior to taking a career break to give birth to and take care of her daughter.
Keely is also a functional manual therapist which is an effective tool used to evaluate and treat many neuromuscular and orthopedic conditions. Joints and soft tissues including muscle, nerves, organs, fascia, skin, tendons and ligaments are mobilized using specific manual techniques which help to reduce pain, restore joint mobility and muscle function. Neuromuscular re-education and motor control techniques are applied to improve movement patterns, body mechanics and the body’s efficiency.
Keely lives with her husband and daughter in Manhattan. She enjoy Pilates, Yoga, and running. She is a sports enthusiast attending many sporting events throughout the year with her husband locally with the Rangers, Yankees, NYCFC and with the Ravens in Baltimore. She has completed the Tough Mudder twice, and ran several half marathons. Her favorite pastimes are spending time with her daughter and finding new spots in the city with her foodie husband.
