In 2014 I was experiencing uncomfortable and sometimes painful urological issues that were increasingly getting worse. My first inclination was to see a urologist, and after doing so, he recommended that I try pelvic floor physical therapy to avoid highly evasive tests that may have been unnecessary.  Shortly after, I found Body Harmony and began physical therapy with Nazneen (Naz) Vasi. For almost two years I was treated for pelvic floor dysfunction as it turned out my pelvis was misaligned and my pelvic floor muscles were so tight that this was causing my internal discomfort and pain.

Naz and her highly qualified staff transformed my life! I never imagined that I would be 100% better after committing to physical therapy. I am forever grateful for the transformative work that Naz and Roseanne have done to improve my quality of life. It was a bittersweet moment when I learned that I was finished with my sessions as I was thrilled that my health was back on track, but I knew I’d miss all of the physical therapists and staff.
