Dr. Jessica Ho received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Mercy University in May 2026 and brings a strong foundation in both orthopedic and pelvic floor physical therapy to her practice. She is passionate about helping patients feel empowered, supported, and confident throughout every step of their rehabilitation journey.
Dr. Ho has gained diverse clinical experience across inpatient and outpatient settings, including outpatient orthopedics, inpatient oncology rehabilitation, and outpatient pelvic floor therapy. Her training spans a variety of specialized areas:
- Extensive 12-week mentorship in pelvic health rehabilitation under the guidance of Dr. Vasi and Dr. Schoen, deepening her expertise in individualized pelvic floor care.
- Extensive 12-week oncology rehabilitation training at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, one of the world’s leading cancer treatment institutions, equipping her with specialized skills in supporting patients through cancer-related physical challenges.
She has also completed Herman & Wallace Pelvic Function Level 1 training and Barral Institute Visceral Manipulation Level 1 training (2025), which broadens her clinical approach to pelvic health and whole-body care. Dr. Ho is CPR certified and has been an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association – New York Chapter since 2024.
Dr. Ho believes in delivering individualized, compassionate care by combining hands-on treatment techniques with patient education, helping each person return to the activities that matter most to them.
When she’s not in the clinic, Jessica enjoys hiking, camping, traveling, and discovering new coffee shops and local food spots with friends and family.
