Yoga is a practice that uses physical postures (asanas) and breath (pranayama) to enhance mind-body connection and promote healing.

Yoga helps ease the following conditions:

  • Dyspareunia
  • Endometriosis
  • Interstitial Cystitis
  • Pudendal Neuralgia

We also provide Yoga sessions for:

What to expect:

  • 1 to 1 session with a pelvic health physical therapist
  • 60 min individualized flow
  • Breathwork
  • Meditation
  • Postures with hands on or verbal corrections
